Business Audit: to start, we will run an audit on your business based on previous performance to spot the gaps and will bring that insight into our time together.

  • Create a realistic action plan for each goal that you will implement over the year
  • Develop a marketing strategy and system that works and takes your potential clients through a customer journey without you feeling sleazy and that doesn’t feel like an additional full-time job!
  • Review your systems and optimise them to support you better as you grow next year. 
  • Collate the Standard Operating Procedures for any tactical marketing activities you need. (and I will provide them for you afterwards.)
  • And Trello Boards to keep you on track.
  • Plus, recommendations and help on implementing any activities from trusted suppliers.
